ESPRESSIF company announced the release of a new 32-bit microcontroller with WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 with BLE and Long-Range support - ESP32-C3

 ESP32-C3 is built on the basis of RISC architecture, operates at frequencies up to 160 MHz, has 400 KB SRAM, 384 KB ROM, 8 KB SRAM, RTC inside. There are 3 versions of the chip:

 For the convenience of moving to the ESP32-C3-WROOM-1 module, it is designed according to the pins with the ESP-WROOM-02D and ESP-WROOM-02U modules.

 Hardware support for cryptographic algorithms such as AES-128 / AES-256 (FIPSPUB 197), ECB / CBC / OFB / CFB / CTR (NIST SP 800-38A), SHA1 / SHA224 / SHA256 (FIPS PUB 180-4), RSA3072, ECC.

 The chip also supports independent arithmetic such as multiplication of large integers and modular multiplication of large integers. The maximum operation length for RSA and modular multiplication of large integers is 3072 bits. The maximum multiplier length for large integer multiplication is 1536 bits.

 ESP32-C3 adopts AES-128-XTS based flash encryption scheme, thanks to this application, as well as configuration data can remain encrypted in flash memory. The flash controller supports the execution of the encrypted application firmware. This not only fulfills the protected data stored in the flash memory.

 Will be programmatically supported through the popular Espressif ESP-IDF platform with community support for the API function of this SDK, which in turn will allow the use of ready-made program code without changes. ESP32-S2 can be a versatile solution for use in various fields and applications where WiFi and Bluetooth are required, as well as as the main computing core.
